Ben-Gurion International Airport, Israel - Elta Electronics Industries, a fully owned subsidiary of Israel Aircraft Industries, is announcing new management appointments:
Jay Kupietzky, Adv. Appointed General Counsel
Mr. Jay K. Kupietzky, Adv. has been appointed General Counsel for ELTA, a fully owned subsidiary for Israel Aircraft Industries, Ltd. (IAI), and has been promoted to Deputy Vice President at the parent company.
In his new capacity Mr. Kupietzky will have overall responsibility for managing and implementing the legal policy of the company and will represent the company in legal discussions and proceedings. He will also provide legal counsel to ELTA, its management and will actively in business strategy and implementation.
In his recent capacity Mr. Kupietzky served as a Senior Counsel, and assistant to VP & General Counsel IAI, Adv. Yaacov Galazan.
Mr. Kupietzky structured and negotiated major international sales and purchasing contracts, strategic teaming, cooperation, and joint venture agreements. He also prepared and negotiated licensing, distribution channel, consultancy, agency and confidentiality agreements.
Adv. Jay K. Kupietzky holds a law degree of Juris Doctor (J.D.), with Honors, from the University of Southern California Law Center and a B.A. in Political Science, with Honors, from Columbia University.
Mr. Kupietzky is a member of the Israel Bar and the American Bar Association and is admitted to practice in New York State and Federal Courts.
Mrs. Pnina Joseph appointed Director of International Marketing and Sales Division
Mrs. Pnina Joseph has been appointed Elta's Director of International Marketing & Sales Division.
In her new capacity, Mrs. Joseph will have overall responsibility for managing the marketing policy of Elta and will represent the company in marketing activities, including development strategy as part of the overall business strategy, contract negotiations, establishing marketing networks and marketing intelligence.
Mrs. Joseph, in her new position will be part of Elta's Management Board.
In her previous capacity, Mrs. Joseph served as the Deputy Director of Elta's International Marketing and Sales Division. Mrs. Joseph structured and negotiated major international sales of Elta in Europe and South America.
Mrs. Joseph holds a degree from Tel Aviv University in Israel, and graduated a modern marketing course conducted by General Electronics.
