Mr. Sagee is ELTA's General Counsel and VP effective December 2007. Prior to joining ELTA, Mr. Sagee was part of Israel Aerospace Industries' Legal Department where he was involved in subjects related to IAI's international activities. In this capacity, he was involved with transactions in the fields of electronics, space, aircraft, and ground systems with many of IAI's foreign customers. Mr. Sagee has more than 20 years experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, data rights and government contracts.

Prior to joining IAI, Tal Sagee was the General Counsel of the Israeli Union of Engineers (1995-2000); Deputy General Counsel of Israel Railways (1993-1995), a lawyer at a law office specializing in commercial law (1990-1993), and an Officer in the Israeli Air Force (1977-1985).

Mr. Tal Sagee holds a LL.B degree from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Tal Sagee is married and has two children.
