Mr. Jacob Nuss Appointed Corporate VP for Internal Audit
Mr. Jacob Nuss has been appointed IAI's Corporate VP for Internal Audit. Mr. Nuss replaces Mr. David Tsory, who has retired. Mr. Nuss's previous position was Deputy Corporate VP for Internal Audit.
Mr. Nuss joined IAI in 1975 and has served in various positions, including Director of Finance of the Electronics Group and Deputy General Manager of the Group, Director at MAGAL , and Director at Spacecom since 1994. Mr. Nuss holds a BA in Business Management, an MBA and a certificate in Internal Auditing.
Mr. David Tsory, who has just retired, worked at IAI since 1968. Among the positions he held was Deputy Corporate VP Finance and Director of Finance at a number of IAI's Divisions. Mr. Tsory is an expert in financing and has lectured in various academic institutes. He has also written a series of textbooks dealing with finance. Mr. Tsory was Corporate VP for Internal Audit from 1990.
Mr. Avigdor Berlin Appointed VP for Marketing & Business Development at IAI International at the U.S. 
Mr. Avigdor Berlin has been appointed VP for Marketing and Business Development at IAI International, IAI's US subsidiary. He replaces Mr. Zeev Nahamoni, who has retired. Mr. Berlin's last position was VP for Operations at IAI's Elta Systems Group.
Mr. Berlin, an electronics engineer with a US industrial background, has held a number of positions in Elta Systems, including Director of Advanced Technologies, a position in which he reorganized Elta's activities in the field of microwave technologies
Mr. Berlin holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from The City College of New York, an MSc in Electrical Engineering specializing in Control Systems from the University of New York, and undertook a Senior Management course at the Hebrew University
