Training Methodologie - In this era of continuous change there is a real need for quick and cost effective development of training. MHT has developed the methodology of Integrated Job-Performance Training (IJPT) to train for effective performance of real-life activities.
IJPT is based on job analysis and systematic training of instructional activities that stem from this analysis. It has become a national standard in Israel for training development as well as within defense forces and foreign industries.
A special methodology termed Learning Potential Assessment Device (LPAD) is used during the screening process for some of MHT's multi-discipline courses. This unique methodology is based on the only method, which checks dynamically the potential of the candidates and is not culture-biased. It identifies each candidate's potential for development in the various disciplines and thus enables the matching of the most suitable candidates for the proposed program.
