Led by Itzhak Nissan, President and CEO of Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), the Board of Directors of ELTA Systems Ltd., a group and wholly owned subsidiary of IAI, has approved the recommendation made by Nissim Hadas, ELTA President and IAI Corporate VP, for the following nominations:
Yosef Fouks was nominated to be General Manager of ELTA's Microwave and Antenna Systems Division
The Microwave and Antenna Systems Division in ELTA is IAI's center for all microwave activities and supplies antenna and microwave systems for radar systems, EW, and communications.
Fouks has held a number of professional and managerial roles during his 27 years at ELTA, including head of the Naval Systems Division from 2003 to 2006, head of the Tactical Ground Surveillance Radar Department from 1997 to 2003, program manager and project manager of the Search and Warning Radar Program from 1989 to 1994 and more.
For the last three years, Fouks has held the position of general manager of ELTA's SIGINT, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Communications Division.
Fouks holds a B.Sc in electrical engineering and computers from Ben Gurion University, and is a graduate of Tel Aviv University's Business Management for Engineers Program.
Eyal Danan was nominated to be General Manager of ELTA's SIGINT, EW, and Communications Division
ELTA's SIGINT Division handles the development and manufacture of SIGINT systems, EW, and advanced communications.
Eyal Danan held a number of ranked positions in the Israel Navy from 1975 to 1981. In 1987, Danan began working at ELTA as a development engineer and later as a project manager. From 1996 to 2003, Danan was the department manager and then general manager of ELTA's EW Division, and from 2003 to 2006, he was the business development manager in the SIGINT, EW, and Communications Division.
For the last three years, Danan has held the position of general manager of ELTA's Microwave and Antenna Systems Division.
Eyal Danan holds a B.Sc in electrical engineering and computers from Ben Gurion University, and an MBA from Boston University's program at Ben Gurion University.
